Calgary Fish & Game Association (CFGA) is again working with the Rosebud Silhouette & Benchrest Club (RSBC).  RSBC will host a public rifle shoot to sight in and shoot silhouette targets.

CFGA members & friends of RSBC members can register for this popular event - max 75 shooters. Cost is $15 per adult, kids under 18 are free with parent. *Note:  when registering youth as shooters, include name(s) of youth and age under applicable field of MEMBER registering.

Date: 8:30 am to mid afternoon Sunday, September 18, 2022

Location: Rosebud Range 50 minutes (total drive time) west of Calgary on Hwy #1, Hwy #68 to Homestead Road.  Follow Homestead Road to the RSBC Range. 

Safety Orientation & Facilities:  

Stringently safely controlled environment provided by Rosebud Range Safety Officers.  All shooting positions are covered, there is a Clubhouse and toilets onsite. There are no food venders or stores near by, bring your lunch and everything you need for the day including your centre fire and or .22 rimfire rifles, ear and eye protection, ammo & targets.

Benchrest: 25 stations, targets at 100, 200, 300 yards.

Center Fire Silhouette: 10 stations at 200, 300, 400, 500 meters.

.22 Rimfire Silhouette: 10 stations at multiple shorter distances. 

We’ll have 3 short duration 100 yard center fire target, silhouette and .22 silhouette fun competitions after lunch.
