Please join us in person for the CFGA AGM and an informal Christmas Social to follow!  A great opportunity to meet and mingle with other CFGA members!  Ladies – please attend and meet some ‘fellow’ female members.  GUYS - please invite your wives/partners!  We have some women who are planning to restart our Ladies League – and they’d like to meet other female members! There will be free snacks and beverages! Ensure to RSVP and please include number of guests attending, as we need numbers for snacks and beverages.

We have a pretty full agenda, including a renewed Ladies League.  Click here to view the agenda. Any specific business will be handled at our January Board meeting, including the budget for 2024.  Please note that only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.

We will be handing out the new 2024 Marks Work Warehouse 10% discount cards to all members in attendance! Early opportunity to grab yours!

CFGA is looking for members to put their name forward for Committees/Directors (ie, Banquet, Silent/Live Auction (banquet), Fundraising/Raffles, Pheasant, Photo, Archery)

If you are interested in being part of the group that works towards making CFGA a better, more family/individual friendly conservation organization, are able and willing to commit a few hours a month to help out; then consider putting your name forward for a board position!  We are really hoping to gain more ladies onto the Board

Click here to view the list of 2023-2024 positions that are still open and ones where we have some had volunteers put their name forward.  If you are wondering what each position entailsClick here to view the Committee/ Director positions with a brief description of duties.

If you would like more information on a position(s) or are interested in putting your name forward for a position, please contact our Nominations Committee, Perry Kotkas or Mike Duszynski

Lots of great things can occur when members

get involved and make it happen!

We have a good mix of younger, engaged directors and older, experienced directors who have a great year partially planned and would welcome some new members to assist!  Many hands make light work!

NOTE:   All nominees will be asked to give a 1-to-2-minute presentation at the AGM on why they feel they are a suitable candidate for their chosen position.

The Social will take place right after the AGM!  We hope you will join us for some snacks and Christmas cheer!  Remember to please drink responsibly; do not drink and drive.

**Parking is ample (turn off 58th Ave to Meadowview Rd SW and park behind hall). Should it happen to overflow, parking is also available along Meadowview Road's north side along the park.
