CFGA Hunter Sight-In Day  8:30 am to 2:30 pm, August 15, 2026 @ Rosebud Range at the Rosebud Silhouette and Benchrest Club CFGA will once again be partnering with the Rosebud Silhouette & Benchrest Club (RSBC) to host a public rifle shoot and sight-in prior to the beginning of hunting season. 60 spots available!

WOC: Canning & Preserving Workshop - 6 to 9 pm, August 20, 2026 @ Viking Rental Centre, 204 Community Way, Okotoks, AB.  Join us for an informative evening workshop designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of safe home canning and food preservation.

CFGA Member's September Social - Falconry Presentation - 6:30 to 9 pm, September 16, 2026 @ Royal Canadian Legion - Centennial Calgary Branch 285.  A unique opportunity to see some live falcons and hear a presentation from local falconer Mark Williams who will talk about the ancient Art of Falconry!  Join us and enjoy a burger and some drinks too!
